Check cable between main
unit and monitor or check
monitor.
The pattern between IC5000
and JACK5600, are defective.
Check cable between main unit and
player or check player.
Check power supply voltage
of IC5000 and IC5001, and
surrounding circuitry soldering.
Extend HDMI B'D using a jig.
