During appliance operation, the oor sur-

This type of appliance is intended for
commercial applications: kitchens of
restaurants, canteens, hospitals, and
shops such as bakeries, butchers and
similar. It is however not intended for
continuous mass food production.
WARNING: Opening the drain valve will
cause the hot tank content to escape.
USING THE GLASS CERAMIC HOB
SWITCHING ON AND OFF
The radiant hotplate control knob has the following positions :
0 O󰀨
1 Minimum temperature
2÷5 Intermediate temperatures
6 Maximum temperature
900 SERIES ONLY
To switch on the required cooking zone, press and turn the
corresponding knob to the position required. The cooking zo-
nes also feature two di󰀨erent cooking diameters that may be
selected according to the size of pan used. The control is nor-
mally set at the smaller cooking diameter, but may be changed
to the larger diameter setting simply by turning the knob past
“6” until it clicks. To restore the original cooking zone diameter,
rst return the knob back to “0”.
Switching on
Turn the knob for the corresponding cooking zone to the de-
sired setting.Important:The indicator light underneath the
cooking hob turns on when the temperature of the cooking
zone is above 50°C.
Switching o󰀨
Turn the knob to position “ 0 ”.
USE OF THE HOTPLATE
REMINDERS FOR USE
The appliance is designed for cooking foods contained in
pots and pans or for direct cooking.
Use at-bottomed pans.
Place the pans in the center of the heating area.
Using pans with bottom dimensions much larger or smaller
than the heating area leads to a reduction of heating or less
heating e󰀩ciency.
Do not leave the hotplates switched on with an empty pan in
place.
In direct cooking it is advisable not to set a temperature hi-
gher than 300°C.
Do not pour cold liquids onto the hot hotplate.
Do not install the appliance on hot elements.
SWITCHING ON AND OFF
The thermostat control knob has the following positions:
0 O󰀨
50-350°C Cooking temperature
Switching on
Turn the knob to the position for the required cooking tem-
perature.
The yellow indicator light switches on.
Switching o󰀨
Turn the thermostat knob to position "0".
The yellow indicator light switches o󰀨 when all the hotplates
are switched o󰀨.
USING THE ELECTRIC OVEN
REMINDERS FOR USE
The appliance is designed for cooking foods placed on the
grilles provided.
Do not leave the door even partially open during use.
The appliance is equipped with a manual reset safety ther-
mostat which interrupts heating when the operating tempera-
ture exceeds the maximum permitted value.
Fan in cooking chamber which allows defrosting (with air at
ambient temperature), as well as forced convection cooking
(hot air); ( mod. ventilated oven).
SWITCHING ON AND OFF
The electric oven is controlled by two knobs (for selecting the
type of heating and the cooking temperature). A yellow indica-
tor light indicates operation of the heating elements.
The control knob has the following positions:
0 O󰀨
Top element (grill) on
Bottom element on
Top element + bottom element on
The thermostat control knob has the following positions:
0 O󰀨
50 Minimum temperature
300 Maximum temperature
