2.2 Configuration with ORI Receiver
The system consists of two units:
• OP32/OP32E
probe/transmitter:
in a one body there are a infrared transmitter powered by battery and a touch probe.
This unit is designed to be mounted on a toolholder support and be used by a machine
tool (milling machine, lathe, machining center etc..) as a standard tool
• ORI Receiver with
integrated interface
This is an infrared transceiver with integrated interface connected with cable to the
CNC from which it receives power.
The integrated interface, based on a process updates the status of outputs to the CNC.
This unit is mechanically fixed to the machine
