9. SIGNAL TRANSMISSION
The optical transmission system consists of the touch probe/transmitter and the receiver. During the system start phase
the signal is sent by the receiver to the transmitter, whereas the touch and battery low signals are sent by the transmitter
to the receiver.
Transmission conditions
Data will only be communicated if the receiver (RX) is located within the transmitter (TX) transmission area and the
transmitter is located within the receiver reception area simultaneously.
