4.2 Inserting/substituting the OP32E transmitter battery
The OP32E transmitter uses one lithium 1/2 AA - 3,6V battery.
The battery (A) is housed in the battery compartment (B); to access them:
• remove the cover (C) undoing the screws with a screwdriver .
• Insert the battery, ensuring the polarity is correct (see indications on the probe body)
• Replace the cover, taking care not to damage the seal.
NOTA
The battery is supplied separately, remember to insert it before installing the transmitter.

WARNING
The transmitter can be used in environments with a high concentration of liquid substances, therefore, it is
necessary to ensure that these
do not enter the battery compartment when changing the batteries. This
would not cause irreparable damage to the transmitter electtonic unit, as it is completely isolated from the
battery compartment, but it could compromise battery duration. Therefore, it is advised that you dry all the
affected parts before carrying out this operation.
WARNING
ensure that, when the transmitter is loaded in the tool store, it is not pointing towards any light sources
(incandescent lamps or fluorescent tubes) located at
less than half a metre, as this could cause a
significant increase in the stand-by current, reducing the battery life as a consequence.
