8. PROGRAMMING THE E83 INTERFACE UNIT
The interface operating mode can be programmed by altering the dip-switch (H) ON/OFF position.
ATTENTION
When the interface unit is supplied, it is programmed as indicated Figure 8-1 point (H).
indicated inside the grey border.
The user is responsible for any problems caused by programming
alterations made by unauthorised personnel.
To program the interface unit proceed as follows (Figure 8-1):
• the interface unit must be switched off.
• undo the fixing screws and remove the panel.
