Storing in a car boot/trunk or vehicle storage area
To store your Shuttle Discovery, we recommend the following steps:
1. Remove the Discovery Seat from the Shuttle Discovery.
2. Fold the stroller.
3. Remove the wheels, if necessary.
4. Angle the footplate horizontally. (A)
5. If you require the overall length of the Discovery Seat to be shorter, the
footplate angle mechanism can be detached, so that the footplate will
swing up onto the seat - see below.

Loosen the wing knob (A) by a few turns until the footplate angle is free.
Position the footplate horizontally and retighten the wing knob (A).
Detaching the footplate angle mechanism
Angle the footplate horizontally and remove the locking pin (B) by pressing the
button on the pin.
Swing the footplate up until it rests onto the seat.
To re-engage the footplate, align the footplate with the angle mechanism and
slide the locking pin (B) back into the footplate whilst pressing the button on
the pin.
WARNING
Use caution when adjusting the angle of the footplate to avoid
possible pinch points of the ngers.
