Installing the Discovery Seat
Before installing the Discovery Seat into the Moon Rock Base, engage the anti-
rock mechanism. Angle the rear of the Discovery Seat into the Moon Rock Base.
Slide the rear slot on the seat onto the rear mounting bar (C) of the Moon Rock
Base.
Press the front of the seat down onto the front mounting bar (D) of the Moon
Rock Base. Ensure the red locking pins (A) have fully engaged.
To engage the anti-rock bars
Pull the anti-rock bars out (B). The spring mechanisms will lock the bars in place.
To disengage the anti-rock bar
Push the anti-rock bars back until they have fully retracted.
WARNINGS
1. Always check that the two red safety plungers have
engaged and that the seat is secure before using the seat.
2. Be aware of the length of the base and the surrounding in
which the Moon Rock Base is being used.
3. For safety reasons, the seat will only be installed one way
into the base. The notch (E) in the seat side engages into
the crossbar to ensure this.
WARNING
Take care when pulling/pushing the anti-rock bars as there are
possible pinch points.
