Verve Stroller
1. Check the stroller is moving smoothly and functioning correctly. Any unusual
noise or vibration or movement in the product could be caused by loose
fasteners or damage to the product. Contact your Shuttle Discovery distributor,
health care provider or Medifab who will assist you to correct any problems.
2. Do not use the product until the problem is rectied.
3. Check the rear wheels are locking securely. Remove any dirt and ensure the
wheels are turning freely.
4. Check the front wheel / wheels swivel lock is working correctly
5. Check the fasteners that secure the front and the rear seat mounting bars are
tight.
6. Check the overall Stroller structure for any signs of fatigue or damage.
Check the frame for wear and tear, splinters or breaks.
Launcher Base
1. Check the caster brakes lock. Ensure the casters are free from dirt and freely
turning.
2. Check casters are rmly secured to the base board.
3. Check there is no play in the two wooden sides. Check the six screws under the
base board are tight.
4. Check height adjustable seat mounting is tight.
5. Check the overall Launcher Base structure for any signs of fatigue or damage.
6. Check the frame for wear and tear, splinters or breaks.
7. Replace any missing or worn fasteners / adjusting levers and knobs.
Moon Rock Base
1. Check the two sides of the Moon Rock Base are tight.
2. The front and rear anti rock mechanism is functioning correctly and rmly
secured to the sides.
3. Check front and rear mounting bars are secure.
4. Check the overall Moon Rock Base structure for any signs of fatigue or damage.
5. Check the frame for wear and tear, splinters or breaks.
6. Replace any missing or worn fasteners / adjusting levers and knobs.
Lunar Base
1. Check the two sides of the Lunar Base are tight.
2. Check each of the four legs are tightly secured to the base and level.
3. Check the overall Lunar Base structure for any signs of fatigue or damage.
4. Check the frame for wear and tear, splinters or breaks.
5. Replace any missing or worn fasteners.
WARNING
If a fault is found with any part of the Shuttle Discovery System, do not use the
product until the fault is rectied. Contact Medifab customer service department
or your local dealer immediately for guidance.
Maintenance: Six-monthly Checks
