Working with the machine
Warning !
Missing, incorrect or incomprehensible hand signals
• Can result in death or severe injuries.
• Only use hand signals that have been carefully agreed upon
and that are known to all staff. Only ever one person should
coordinate the work as signaller.

Unauthorised persons on the machine
• May result in death or severe injuries.
• Only the excavator operator is allowed on the machine during
operation. Never allow unauthorised persons onto the machi-
ne or allow them to drive in it.

Careless bucket movements
• Can result in death or severe injuries.
• If the bucket is full, and especially when the bucket is very
near to the cab, always carry out arm and boom movements
slowly
Attention !
Banging the bucket against pit walls
• Can result in damage to property.
• Make sure that the bucket does not bang against the pit wall
when swivelling it during excavation work.
Attention !
Lateral movement when levelling with the bucket
• Can result in damage to property.
• When levelling, do not move the bucket laterally to and fro.
