5.2.3 Release the residual pressure
For a certain time, some of the components of the hydraulic system remain pressurised after switching off the mo-
tor.
To release the residual pressure from the hydraulic system, proceed as follows:
1. Turn the ignition key up to the rst stop to activate the electric system of the excavator (control lamps and dis-
play light up) without starting the motor.
2. Fold down the arm rest of the driver's seat.
3. Depressurise the hydraulic system using the joystick and the pedals.
5.2.4 Clamp the machine
1. Align the upper structure parallel to the truck.
2. Lock the cab and remove the ignition key.
3. After loading, place blocks under the excavator wheels
and then secure it on the loading area against slipping,
tilting and moving off independently. Only clamp the
machine at suitable locations (Pos. 1+2). Be careful
with the hydraulic line guides and the movable guards.
4. Check the overall height and correct as required.
