Select Service
This field allows for the rule to be applied to either a Custom
Service (defined further down the menu) or for one of many
predefined services available via a pulldown menu.

Destination IP
If a valid IP address is specified, the action will apply against that
address; otherwise, leaving the default value of 0.0.0.0 in this field
results in the action applying to all destination IP addresses.
