When the fill level is low in the DOS 1 supply container for liquid
process chemical, you are reminded to replenish it.
Confirm the message shown with OK and
Refill the liquid process chemicals as described.
If the container is empty, the machine will be locked against further
use.
It will be ready for use again when the supply container has been
replaced.
