12 Insert the needle as described in Exchange the sample needle on page76.
13 As the needle has been removed from the needle arm, its absolute position might have been changed.
Check the position relative to the wells using the Tool Calibrate uptake unit (see chapter Calibration,
page 61). Mount the appropriate rack and press Start calibration. If the position is still in place, confirm
with Save calibration. Otherwise adjust the needle arm prior confirmation.
