Test loads
The tests loads used for the tests are shown in the test report.
For tests in legal metrology the test loads have to be composed
by weight pieces acc. to OIML R111
( in uncertainty and material).
Definition of „Error“
Difference between the indicated value for a certain
test load and the actual value of the test load.
Description of testing procedures
Repeatability (EN45501 3.6.1; 8.2 A.4.10)
The weighing instrument is loaded with the test load 6 times
( class I and II ) resp. 3 times (class III and IIII ) and the indication
is noted. Before loading the instrument has to be set to zero.
The difference between the maximum and the minimum
of the noted values has to be less than the stated tolerance.
Adjustment data
Eccentricity (EN45501 3.6.2 ,8.2 A.4.7)
The test load, approximately a third of maximum capacity, has to
be placed successivly over the center of the areas shown in the
picture.
The indications are noted.
Before loading the instrument has to be set to zero.
