Silent
(LED)
Assign the Monitor Call Silent option to a
memory key to monitor and answer calls
occurring on another user’s phone. For
5224/5324 phones, see “Monitor call on
the 5224/5324 phone” on page 46. For
the 5304 phone, see “Monitor Call on the
5304 phone on page 89. For the 5340
phone, see “Monitor call on the 5340 IP
phone” on page 21.
Note that a Monitor Call option is also
available.
Note: Monitor Call Silent behaves the
same as Monitor Call with the exception
that ringing is not used to indicate an
incoming call. The Monitor Call Silent
option can be used together with or
independent of the Monitor Call option.

table for details related to programming
this option.
