Power on procedure:
1 ) Switch power on.
2) Set CPU to RUN.
3) Switch on the START switch.
4) When magnetic contactor (MC) comes in, output equipment
is powered and may be driven by the program.
1) Switch power on.
2) Set CPU to RUN.
3) When DC power is established, RA2 turns on.
4) When DC power reaches loo%, timer TM starts.
(Timer (TIM) should be set to the time required for the DC
voltage to reach 100% of its value after RA2 turns on.)
5) Switch on the START switch.
