The power supply voltage (100 to 240VAC) of
either of the two power supply modules on the
power supply duplexing extension base unit
dropped to or below 85% of the rated voltage.
(This can be detected from the control system of
the redundant system.)

Check the supply voltage of the power supply
module. If the voltage is abnormal then replace the
power supply module.
