Tips
• Check that excessive force is not applied to the detector cable, signal cable, and feedback cable throughout
the entire stroke. In particular, make sure that they are not in contact with the parts such as the cover at-
tached to protect the scale unit.
• Consider the shake due to vibration, etc. given to connectors.
