9.3.3 Status changed [dts480xStatusChanged]
Sent out when the subagent detects a status change in the DTS application process.
The following variables are monitored for changes:
dts480xSysStatus, dts480xSysTimeSource, dts480xSysStratum,
dts480xSysMasterMode
This Notification is always sent out, as soon as SNMP is activated, and a destination
address is configured.
The Notification sent out contains the following data:

The ConfigChangedTime variables show the time (TimeTicks value 1/100
seconds) of
the last change of the relevant configuration group. The management system can
decide on the basis of these time values, which configurations need to be reloaded.
