ALARMS
LCD E 002 Indication Alarm description Effect / Symptom
WATER QUALITY
INSUFFICIENT
Threshold 1 exceeded - water
conductivity between 20 and 60 μS.
Conductivity reading between 20 and 60 μS.
Possible causes / Checks Solution
Demineralized water used
is poor quality – check label
information.
Drain feed tank and ll with demineralized water conforming to 15 μS specication.
For connection to
demineralizer PURE 100 -
check device.
Drain feed tank, replace the 2 resin cartridges for PURE 100.
Rell the tank.
Possible causes / Checks Solution
For connection to
demineralizer PURE 500 –
check device.
Drain feed tank, replace lter elements kit for PURE 500.
Rell the tank.
For connection to central
demineralizer system –
check quality of water
supplied by the system.
Drain feed tank, select manual lling, and ll tank with demineralized water conforming
to 15 μS specication.
Once the proper conductivity of the water supplied by the central system has been
restored and conrmed, select automatic lling and rell tank.

WATER QUALITY
INSUFFICIENT
Threshold 2 exceeded - water
conductivity above 60 μS.
Conductivity reading above 60 μS.
Possible causes / Checks Solution
Quality of water used is
inadequate.
Cycles-to-shutdown counter
is active – a maximum of 5
cycles can be performed.
Drain feed tank and ll with demineralized water conforming to 15 μS specication.
Activate sterilization cycle to reset autoclave cycles-to-shutdown counter.
For connection to
demineralizer PURE 100 –
check device.
Drain feed tank, replace the 2 resin cartridges for PURE 100.
Rell the tank, activate sterilization cycle to reset autoclave cycles-to-shutdown
counter.
For connection to
demineralizer PURE 500 -
check device.
Drain feed tank, replace lter elements kit for PURE 500.
Rell the tank, activate sterilization cycle to reset autoclave cycles-to-shutdown
counter.
For connection to central
demineralizer system –
check quality of water
supplied by the system.
Drain feed tank, select manual lling, and ll tank with demineralized water conforming
to 15 μS specication.
Once the proper conductivity of the water supplied by the central system has been
restored and conrmed, select automatic lling, rell tank and activate sterilization
cycle to reset autoclave cycles-to-shutdown counter.

NETWORK FREQUENCY
ERROR
Error in electrical mains frequency reading.
Possible causes / Checks Solution
Failure to main board.
RESET according to the instructions.
Contact Technical Service
Disturbance on the
electrical mains.
RESET according to the instructions.
If the problem occurs again, have the electrical mains checked by a technician.
If the electrical mains is equipped with a Continuity system, have the system checked
by a technician.
LCD E 010 Indication Alarm description Effect / Symptom
DOOR OPEN Door open. Cycle was activated with the door open.
Possible causes / Checks Solution
Door is not closed properly. Instruct operator on proper procedures to close and open door.
Door closed position not
sensed – check door ajar
microswitch.
Check microswitch for proper operation from menu SERVICE/COMPONENT TESTS/
DOOR – SQ20.
Change microswitch - see technical datasheet ST03 - DOOR GEARMOTOR
ASSEMBLY.
