LCD E 030 Indication Alarm description Effect / Symptom
MIN WATER LEVEL
The water in the feed tank is at
minimum level (MIN).
A program was started with minimum water level.
Possible causes / Checks Solution
Minimum water level in
feed tank was sensed when
cycle was activated – check
level.
Top up with water until maximum level icon appears.
Minimum level sensor
misreading – check sensor.
Check position of level sensor.
Check wiring of minimum level sensor.
Check sensor for proper operation from menu SERVICE/WATER FILLING TIMES –
SQ34.
Change minimum level sensor.

MAX DRAIN LEVEL
Maximum water level in drain
tank (MAX).
Maximum level in used water tank when cycle was
activated.
Possible causes / Checks Solution
Maximum water level in
drain tank was sensed
when cycle was activated –
check level.
Drain tank completely.
Maximum level sensor
misreading – check sensor.
Check position of drain maximum level sensor.
Check wiring of drain maximum level sensor.
Check sensor for proper operation from menu SERVICE/WATER FILLING TIMES –
SQ34.
Change level sensor.

TOP-UP PROBLEM
Tank lling occurs too frequently
only with automatic lling.
Automatic lling activated twice during 2
consecutive cycles.
Possible causes / Checks Solution
For connection to external
lling pump – check pump.
Check pump for correct position, check condition of suction lter, check water level in
external tank.
For connection to
demineralizer PURE 100 /
PURE 500 – check device.
Check demineralizer connection to water mains.
Check supplied “water block” system.
Check inspection lter on demineralizer-to-autoclave connection.
Check to ensure that demineralizer EV opens from menu SERVICE/WATER FILLING
TIMES – SQ35.
Check position of cutoff valves in demineralizer.
For connection to central
demineralizer system –
check device.
Check water supply from central system.
Check to ensure that EV AUX opens from menu SERVICE/WATER FILLING TIMES –
SQ35.
Check inspection lter on central system-to-EV AUX connection.

WARNING: Maximum level
detected in feed tank.
Maximum level was reached during manual lling.

Excessive manual lling –
check level.
Reset message and activate cycle.
