GENERATOR WARM-UP
PROBLEM
Standby - door open.
Steam generator pre-heating not
performed during timeout.
During STANDBY, the control system detects that
generator heating element failed to activate to
achieve PT2=50°C.
Possible causes / Checks Solution
Problem with generator
safety thermostat-check
device.
Check safety thermostat by performing a manual reset (“click”).
Change safety thermostat - see technical datasheet ST01 - STEAM GENERATOR.
Problem with generator
heating element – check
component.
Check for continuity and measure resistance of heating element.
See technical datasheet ST01 - STEAM GENERATOR.
The electronic card is
damaged.
Change electronic card.

Pre-heating of chamber tube
bundle heating element not
performed during timeout.
During STANDBY, the control system detects that
tube bundle heating element failed to activate to
achieve PT3=50°C.

Problem with generator
safety thermostat-check
device.
Check safety thermostat by performing a manual reset (“click”).
Change safety thermostat.
The electronic card is
damaged.
Change electronic card.

GENERATOR WARM-UP
PROBLEM

Steam generator pre-heating not
performed during timeout.
During STANDBY, the control system detects that
generator heating element failed to activate to
achieve PT2=100°C.
