Note: Specimens may be assigned the same test number, while the specimens with the
same test number can be dis nguished by test date and  me in the Database.
Type of Strip
Select Type of Strip to change the strip type. Each strip type name defi nes the number of
test parameters. Refer to Appendix 2 for a detailed list of available parameters.
Strip Lot
Select Strip Lot op on to be able to input a new number. Enter the new strip lot used. Press
to confi rm. Press to delete any changes and keep the exis ng number.
Strip Expira on Date
Select the Strip Expire Date op on then move the cursor to the year and reset the expira on
year using
. Move the cursor to the Month and reset the expira on month using .
Units
There are fi ve unit op ons. Select Units and press the Drop-Down Arrow to change the
se ngs to Conven onal+ Arbitrary, SI+ Arbitrary, Arbitrary, SI, or Conven onal.
Tests to Report and Display
Select Tests to Report and Display to change the parameter for displaying and repor ng.

Test Number

The fi rst digit in the number depends on the Test Mode. The fi rst digit will be 0 for
Rou ne, 1 for STAT, or 2 for QC Test. This fi rst digit is fi xed and cannot be changed. The
test number of the next run will be set sequen ally from the inpu ed number. The Test
Number for a QC Test can’t be changed.
