IPSec VPN established, but LAN to LAN cannot communicate
Possible Reason
• Both subnets are not match the interested traffic.
• IPSec second phase (ESP) settings is not match.
Solution
• Check the both subnet settings.
• Check IPSec second phase (ESP) setting.
Forget Router Password
Phenomenon
Forget router login password.
Possible Reason
User has changed the password.
Solution
After router power on, press RESET button between 3 to 10 seconds then release, router will automatically
reboot and reset to factory default settings (Username/Password is admin/admin).
