Runtime (Level 2) Diagnostics
Runtime diagnostics occur during normal printer operation. When the following
conditions occur, the printer automatically turns off the appropriate motors and
disables printing to prevent damage:
• Paper out
• Cover open
• Knife unable to home
• Print head too hot
• Power supply voltage out of range
The Printer Status (Green) LED signals when these conditions occur and indicates the
state or mode of the printer.
The Printer Status LED has 3 colors: green, amber, and red.
