Other Serious Problems
The following problems all need to be corrected by a qualified service representative. For
more information, refer to Contacting a Service Representative below.
• Printer will not cycle or stop when required
• Illegible characters
• Paper will not feed
• Knife will not cycle or cut
• Printer will not communicate with Host
Contacting a Service Representative
For serious problems, such as the printer not printing, not communicating with the host
computer, or not turning on, contact your NCR–authorized service organization to
arrange for a service call. In addition to the service guide listed below, other service–
related materials may be available. Contact your NCR–authorized service representative
to obtain these documents.
