SECTION 4-1 Troubleshooting the MH240 Setup
4.1.1 Case 1: I can’t make/receive a call. Why?
The handset may not be associated to the WL1700 access point or may not be registered to the UX500 SIP
server.
Take a look at the Status on the handset by pushing MENU
➔ 0 ➔ 1 from the idle screen.
4.1.2 Case 2: I can’t activate Easy Startup Mode. Why?
East Startup Mode shall be activated in the factory-default state on the handset.
If the handset is no longer in the factory-default state, remove and insert the battery pack once. This will
resolve the problem.
Then, turn on the handset by pressing down 1 + # + PWR button at the same time.
