NEC CSD Customer Assistance Center
NEC CSD offers Customer Service for extended warranty and contract
information, spare parts ordering, warranty claims, repair services, and
service authorizations.
Direct assistance is available Monday through Friday from 8:30a.m. to
8:00p.m.. Call the NEC CSD Customer Assistance Center, toll free, at

NEC CSD provides driver files and BIOS updates free of charge through
our Bulletin Board System (BBS). Also, diskettes containing these
updates can be mailed at a rate of $15/per disk for duplication, shipping
and handling. Call the fulfillment center from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
(EST), Monday through Friday.
