Packing for Shipment

Introduction
To return the tester for any reason, follow the instructions in
this section.
Returning the SRC-MAX
Contact Nellcor Technical Services Department,
1.800.635.5267 or your local Nellcor representative for
shipping instructions including a Returned Goods
Authorization (RGA) number. Unless Otherwise instructed
by Nellcor Technical Services Department, it is not necessary
to return any other accessory item with the tester.
If the original carton is not available, use a suitable carton
with appropriate packing material to protect the unit during
shipping.
Mark the shipping carton and any shipping documents with
the Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Return the
SRC-MAX by any method that provides proof of delivery.
