Cautions
Cautions are identified by the CAUTION symbol shown
above.
Cautions alert the user to exercise care necessary for the safe
and effective use of the SRC-MAX.
Caution: The case of the SRC-MAX should be opened
only by qualified service personnel. There are no user
serviceable parts inside. Opening the battery
compartment does not constitute opening the tester case.
Caution: Use your institution’s appropriate bench test
procedures when using the SRC-MAX functional tester.
Caution: Install batteries into the SRC-MAX before
using. See Routine Maintenance, page 17.
Caution: Do not open the case of the unit, as the device
could be damaged.
Caution: Do not connect ground directly to any pins on
the DB 9, as the device could be damaged. Refer to Block
Diagram, Figure 17 on page 22.
