monitors refer to OEM O
XIMAX technology-based
monitors.
Intended Use
The SRC-MAX is intended for qualified technicians to
functionally test Nellcor O
XIMAX technology-based pulse
oximeters and OEM O
XIMAX technology-based monitors.
The SRC-MAX tester will perform the following tests:
• Red and infrared light-emitting diode (LED) drive
circuitry
• Heart rate (beats per minute, BPM)
• Oxygen saturation (Sp0
2)
• Light level
• Percent modulation
The SRC-MAX functional tester is designed to simulate an
operational Nellcor O
XIMAX compatible sensor and check
performance of the pulse oximeter or monitor.
