Set up and Pre-use Preparation
Connect to A.C. Power
The HT70 comes with an A.C. Power Supply that includes A.C. power
adapter with quick-release power plug. The detachable A.C. power
cord can be ordered in country specific configurations. Only use the
approved HT70 A.C. Power Supply to connect to A.C. power.
Plug the quick-release power plug from the AC Power adapter into
the external power supply input located on the lower left corner of the
Power Pac battery pack. Ensure that it locks in place securely. Plug
one end of the power cord into the adapter and the other end into a
properly grounded outlet.
To remove the AC Power Supply from the external power supply
input, gently pull back on the sleeve to release the locking pin and
pull the plug out.
Caution: Do not twist or pull the power plug with force or it may be
damaged.
When connected to external power, both batteries in the Integrated
Battery System are charged simultaneously.
NOTE: Check the Battery Charge gauge on the touch screen to
ensure that both the Power Pac battery pack and the internal Backup
Battery are fully charged before disconnecting from external power.
