Air/Oxygen Entrainment Mixer*
The Air/Oxygen Entrainment Mixer* (p/n
MIX3212A) is used to blend atmospheric
air with medical grade oxygen at a
precise ratio. A control knob allows
for incremental adjustment from 21 to
100 percent. The Mixer* attaches to
the Fresh Gas Intake Port on the Filter
Cover, located on the right side of the
ventilator.
Ensure that the oxygen source gas is on
when the mixer is attached during ventilator operation.
Pneumatic Requirements: Oxygen 35-90 psig (2.4 to 6.2 Bar)
Note: Oxygen source gas must be medical grade, 100% oxygen.
Low Flow Oxygen Blending Bag+
A Low Flow Oxygen Blending
Bag is used to blend
atmospheric air with a low flow
(0 to 10 L/min) medical grade
oxygen source. The Low Flow
Oxygen Blending Bag attaches
into the Fresh Gas Intake Port,
located on the right side of the
ventilator. This system allows the
user to ventilate patients with
oxygen-enriched gas from 21 up
to 100 percent, depending on
patient settings. Oxygen delivery is affected by use of the bias flow,
PEEP and delivered minute volume and FiO2 of source gas. Use an
oxygen monitor to verify the level of oxygen enrichment.
Pneumatic Requirements: Oxygen 0-10 L/min
+Use ADP3201M to connect blending bag to intake port.
WARNING Using an oxygen concentrator in place of medical grade
oxygen will result in lower than predicted delivered oxygen levels.
Use an oxygen monitor to verify oxygen delivery.
