Repacking / Return Information
Use the original packing carton and material to ship the ventilator 
back to Newport Medical. Or you can contact Newport Medical 
Customer Service department to order replacement packing material.
Prior to returning your ventilator for service or repair you must obtain 
a returned goods authorization number (RGA) from our Technical 
Service Department.  Refer to the HT70 Service Manual or contact 
Technical Service department for complete instructions.
