1 Remote control pad doesn’t start up. (TITLE screen appears,
and the screen freezes.)
Cause Action
The remote control pad is not connected to the
HUB controller correctly.
Turn OFF the power to the HUB controller. Disconnect the remote
control pad from the HUB controller and connect it again.

2 Electrical component doesn’t operate.
Cause Action
The electrical component is not connected to the
HUB controller correctly.
Turn OFF the power to the HUB controller. Disconnect the electrical
component from the HUB controller and connect it again.
See “I-1 (1) Connecting Electrical Components to HUB Controller.”
The remote control operation is set to “OFF.”
Set the remote control operation to “ON.”
See “V-4 Setting Remote Control ON/OFF.”
3 Revolving nosepiece doesn’t rotate at a certain position of
the fine focus knob.
Cause Action
The revolving nosepiece rotation is restricted.
Cancel the rotation restriction.
See “III-3 Restricting Rotation of Revolving nosepiece.”
4 Dia-illumination lamp cannot be turned ON or OFF.
Cause Action
The dia-illumination lamp power supply is not
connected to the HUB controller correctly.
Turn OFF the power of the HUB controller. Disconnect the dia-illumination
lamp power supply from the HUB controller and connect it again.

EXTERNAL switch of the dia-illumination lamp
power supply is OFF.
Turn ON the EXTERNAL switch of the dia-illumination lamp power supply.

Power Supply.”
The remote control operation is set to “OFF.”
Set the remote control operation to “ON.”
