in the Fax main view to change
the default sending options of all your faxes.
Cover page

Receive resolution
– Choose
Standard
(200 x 100
dpi, default) or
Fine
(200 x 200 dpi). Receiving
faxes with fine resolution will take longer and re-
quires approximately twice as much memory as
with standard resolution.
Send resolution
– See "Fax cover page and send
options"
Fax barring
and
Fax diverting
– These are supple-
mentary services, like normal call barring and di-
verting. Fax barring allows you to place
restrictions on outgoing and incoming faxes. Fax
diverting allows you to divert incoming faxes to
another fax. For more information and instruc-
tions on how to change diverting and barring
settings, see chapter 4 "Telephone: Telephone
settings".
