CAUTION:
Nozzles can be damaged
if
an
open torch, drill,
or
broach is used
for
cleaning.
Use only a
pin-type probe
to
clean
anozzle.
1. Relieve system
pressure
following the instructions
in
your
applicator
product
manual.
WARNING: Even
when
switched
off, Nordson applicators
and
guns
contain electrical
potentials
that can cause
death.
Disconnect and lock
out input
power
to the applicator
main
circuit
breaker.
NOTE: Nordson
Type R fluid is used to clean adhesive
from extrusion
systems. lts advantages
over similar
fluids are that it can be
reused and
that it has an inoffensive
odor.
