No input
power
Applicator temperature setting too

Hose temperatu re controller setting

System not at operating temperature
lnsufficient air

Failed hose
Check level.
Add
adhesive
if needed
Connect
power
to applicator
and
associated
equipment.
Make sure that

all circuit
breakers are ON.
Adjust setting

Verify
READY
light is on and adhesive
or sealant
is melted.
lf not, allow unit to
reach
operating
temperatu
re.
Verify air
pressure
by flushing filter
(refer
to applicator

Verify
motor
operation
(refer

applicator

manual).
Disconnect and lockout electrical
power
to the applicator.
Check fuse and
replace if
bad
(refer
to applicator
product
manual).
Disconnect and
lockout electrical
power
to the applicator.
Check hose heater
cold
resistance. against
suggested
range
given
in hose
product
manual.
Replace hose if needed
(refer
to hose
product
manual).
