Heater Cartridge Replacement
1.
Relieve system
pressure
following the instructions in
your
applicator
product
manual.
WARNING: Even when
switched otf,
Nordson
applicators
and
guns
contain electrical
potentials
that can cause death.
Disconnect
and
lock
out input
power
to the applicator main
circuit breaker.

2. Disconnect
and lock out input
power
to the applicator main circuit
breaker.
3.
Place
the trigger in the locked
position.

4. Use a Phillips screwdriver and unscrew the screws holding the
pivot
sleeve shells together.
