5.3.2 Self-diagnostic mode
Individual explanation of LEVEL0 and LEVEL1.
5.3.2.1 Operator panel
The explanation of the operations relating to the self-diagnosis presupposes, the following
operation panel arrangement is required.
(1) Transition of menu items
Level transition is possible only when a part is displayed.
Transition of is activated with [MENU-] or [MENU+].
