In the top menu, select MODE MENU T CAMERA T A/S/M/ T S,
then press to complete the setting. To start shooting, press
again.

To set the shutter
speed slower, press

If the shutter speed is shown in red
The shutter speed you have set is unsuitable for the conditions.

● When the flash is set to the auto-flash mode, the shutter speed is fixed at
1/30 sec. in the maximum wide-angle, or 1/100 sec. in the maximum
telephoto, and can never go slower.
Before using this function, set the mode dial to the position
shown.
