2 Turn the optical adapter nut clockwise until the first screw thread
passes over the connecting screw thread.
3 Once past the first screw thread, turn the entire main body of the
optical adapter clockwise while pushing gently until it fits into the
positioning cut surface on the insertion tube’s distal end and can
be turned no further.
