(1) The inverter’s ambient tem-
perature exceeds the specified
range.
Measure the ambient tempera-
ture.
→ Lower the ambient tempera-
ture, for example, by improving
the ventilation in the panel.
Examine the ambient tempera-
ture of the inverter and provide
the necessary cooling.
(2) The value of T
orque Boost

oltage (3004-0A hex, 3009-06
hex) is too high.
Check the value of Torque
Boost Voltage (3004-0A hex,
3009-06 hex) to be sure that low-
ering the value does not cause a
stall.
→ Adjust the value of Torque
Boost Voltage (3004-0A hex,
3009-06 hex).
Set the value of Torque Boost
Voltage (3004-0A hex, 3009-06
hex) appropriately.
(3) The acceleration/deceleration
time is short.
Recalculate the required acceler-
ation/deceleration torque and ac-
celeration/deceleration time
based on the load’s moment of
inertia and acceleration/decelera-
tion time.
→ Increase the values of
1st
Acceleration Time 1 (3004-08
hex), 1st Deceleration Time 1
(3004-09 hex), 3005-0B hex to
3005-10 hex, and 3008-39 hex.
Set the acceleration/deceleration
time as long as possible to re-
