• Use the Support Tool to create the following two types of data: (1) Table data
(recipe table) and (2) Display and setting elements (recipe elements) that use
the recipe table.
1, 2, 3... 1. Recipe table: Multiple discrete data in table format (the data is called “recipe
data”).
2. Recipe elements: These elements display recipe data on screen, and read
and write data from/to the host. Register and use recipe elements on a
screen. Specify the recipe data to be used by its number, and arrange and
create special recipe touch switches as appropriate.
Reference: Multiple recipe elements can also share (i.e., reference and
use) the same recipe data.
• Transfer screen data to which recipe elements and recipe table are registered
from the Support Tool to the PT by application downloading.
• Recipe elements that have been registered on screen read corresponding rec-
ipe data from the PT.
• You can change recipe data parameters by performing the edit operation using
the touch switches on the PT.
• You can read and write recipe data parameters in units of host words or records
using the Read and Write touch switches on the PT.
