Notify Commands
These commands serve to notify the host of the results of operation at the PT.
Only these commands are issued by the PT and, therefore, there is no response
for them.
There are the following five commands.

Operation Mode Switching Command
This command switches the PT operation mode from RUN mode to transmit
mode. It is issued from the host and switches the PT operation mode.

Re-send Command
This command lets the PT re-send a notify command. It is issued from the host
and the notify command issued last is re-sent from the PT.

Error Response
This is a response from the host that is issued when the contents of command
transmitted to the PT was incorrect.
