NX-series Analog I/O Units User’s Manual for Analog Input Units and Analog Output Units (W522)

7 Click the Yes Button on the confirmation message.

Button.

8 Set the maximum value (100%) of Output Unit as the output set value for the channel you want

to calibrate.

9 Change the value of Calibration Range under Upper limit settings to calibrate the value of an

analog signal that is output from the terminal.
