running
your
program
Locate
the
device
you
wish
to
check.
We
could
do
this
for
Counter

our
practice
program,
for
instance,
by
keying
in
which
gives
this
display.
Press
MONTR
and
the
display
changes
to
this.
If
the
PC
were
currently
operating,
we
would
be
able
to
watch
the
counter
as
it
is
decremented.
The
same
thing
is
also
possible
with
timers.
Rapid
check
of
counter/timer
values
For
a
fast
way
to
visually
scan
the
set
value
of
all
timers
and
counters
in
a
program,
go
to
an
address
where
a
timer
or
counter
is
located.
Then
press
MONTR
and
the
set
value
of
the
timer/counter
is
displayed
as
a
four-digit
number.
Then,
each
time
you
press
you
wili
be
able
to
see
the
set
time
of
the
next
timer/counter.
Rapid
check
of
relay
status
You
can
check
the
status
of
relay
contacts
using
the
same
technique.
To
do
this,
go
to
the
address
of
a
relay
you
want
to
check.
Then
press
MONTR
to
display
the
current
status
(whether
ON
or
OFF)
of
the
relay.
Then,
to
move
to
the
next
relay,
press
either
