POSITIONING APPLIANCE ON THE SUPPORT PEDESTAL
1= Internal air inlet (environment air vent, min. 500cm2)
2= Internal air outlet (min. 500cm2)
I= Rock wool insulation - thickness 4cm - density 80kg/m3
F= Incubated ue (min. ø 10cm, max. ø15cm)
L= Finishing pilaster or counter-hood in re-proof plasterboard
sustained by a framework of galvanised supports.
1. Position the base in the desired point and adjust to the desired height through the feet (the bolts are positioned in the
four external sides of the pedestal at the bottom).
2. Envision an air vent in the rear of the pedestal in a way that the plug is accessible once installation has been carried out.
3. Fix the pedestal to the oor using strong steel plugs with diameter of 8 mm.
4. Adjust the height of the pedestal according to requirement. Necessary tools: 5 mm Allen wrench and 14 mm hexagon
wrench.
5. Check that all screws on the pedestal are tightened.
6. Take the sliding base and x it to the frame using the bolts through the four slotted holes.
7. Make the tting to the ue in a way to guarantee sealing (sealed or with gaskets). IT IS PROHIBITED to use exible hoses
for the connection of the appliance to the ue.
8. Extract the two sliding guides completely and x them with magnets.
9. Re-position the appliance on the xed base, gripping the relevant handles on the sides: tilt it so that the wheels insert
themselves on the relevant tracks, make it slide until the coupling of the smoke is completely inserted inside the smoke
conveyor box.
10. For the nal blockage, turn the screw with the relevant wrench anti-clockwise in order to x it and restore it with the
electric energy appliance to the ue.
