Operation
3.6 TIMER
Timer is a function, which can be accessed via the EPG menu by pressing the
•
REC button. Use the cursor keys to navigate through the options in the
timer settings.
Timer mode Press / to set the recording mode. Recording – sin-
gle recording; Cyclic recording – recording repeated
regularly.
Start recording Available if the recording mode is selected. Set the num-
ber of minutes before the scheduled program, when the
receiver is to start recording (from 0 to 30).
Stop recording Available if the recording mode is selected. Set the num-
ber of minutes after a scheduled program when the re-
ceiver is to stop recording (from 0 to 30).
Repeat
recording
Available if cyclic recording mode is selected. Recording
can be repeated every day, once a week or several times
a week.
Choose
weekdays
Available if cyclic recording mode is selected. Highlight
the day and press OK to select the day of the week when
the recording is to be repeated. If you select a few days,
the receiver will ask you if you want to change the mode
to repeat a few times a week.
Don’t show this
window in the
future
available if the recording mode is selected. Mark and
save, if you want to disable a window showing the deta-
ils of the recordings in the EPG view.
This window can be turned back on in the System Set-
tings menu, recording menu (detailed on page 44),
where you can also set the default additional starting
and ending times of the recordings. Recording mode
is set to re cording by default.
